It’s September – Time to Get Back on a Training Schedule!



The kids are back to school, the leaves are starting to turn, and a gauntlet of holiday activities and parties are right around the corner.  NOW is the time to get your training schedule finalized.  We totally understand that getting to class is often at the bottom of the proverbial totem pole when there’s a number of other activities to contend with, but by committing to train at least once per week, you are making progress towards your goals – and your next test!

We’re excited to see many faces of folks who were M.I.A during the summer (so you’re not alone).  It might be a little scary to come back on the mat after a bit of a hiatus, but we’re here to help you out, and make the transition easy.
