What Is a Dojo Fitness Class Like?
We’re glad you asked! A typical class is unlike any other workout program. It’s a heart pounding 30 minute workout that consists of five 5-minute rounds, with 1 minute of rest between rounds. Rounds include: warm-up, upper body, lower body, combo, and core. We finish with a cool-down stretch, and you’re on your way in under 35 minutes.
I’m Not In Great Shape. Can I Still Participate?
Absolutely! You don’t need to look like an world-class athlete in order to train like one! The Dojo Fitness program caters to ALL fitness levels. Whether you’re an endurance athlete looking to add some extra training, or just starting out… all work-outs can be tailored to ensure that you’re getting the most effective training for your fitness level.
When are Classes?
You’re busy… we get it! Our Dojo Fitness classes are offered both mornings and evenings in order to help you carve out a 30 minute session that works best for you. We suggest starting with 2 classes per week and progressing up to 3 or 4 classes per week depending on your fitness level and goals.

How Much Does it Cost?
We have a variety of options for participation – from a drop-in rate to 10 class passes, 30 class passes, and unlimited monthly membership. Our Dojo Fitness program is specifically designed to fit into your schedule! See pricing below.
Students on our Kickboxing program may enjoy the benefits of Dojo Fitness with their monthly tuition.

* If it’s your first time at Dojo Fairfield, please plan on arriving 15 minutes prior to the start of class. We are located at 2317 Black Rock Turnpike, in the lower level of the Fairfield Woods Plaza. You will need to turn onto Brookside Drive, and make your first left, in order to access this lower level. We are located at the end of the parking lot. We look forward to seeing you!
